With over 20 years in education, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside students and families as they navigate the path to academic and college success. My experience spans roles as a teacher, advisor, mentor, and instructional leader, each one deepening my passion for helping young people thrive.
Since earning my B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Secondary Education from Florida Atlantic University, I’ve been committed to making the college planning process clear, supportive, and empowering. That dedication continues to guide my work every day.
Whether I’m helping a student with applications or sharing insights through speaking engagements and educational events, my goal is always the same: to provide steady support, expert guidance, and heartfelt encouragement every step of the way

Andie Segal, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | School Counselor | Psychotherapist
With over two decades of experience as both a school counselor and licensed therapist, I help students, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a commitment to growth—shaped by my time in the U.S. Peace Corps and years of service in Broward County Schools.
In my role as a certified school counselor, I support students in balancing academic demands with personal development, working closely with families to remove barriers and improve communication during the high school years. I understand the unique pressures today’s teens—and their parents—face.
In my private practice, licensed since 2001, I offer personalized therapy using Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches, often integrating mindfulness and yoga. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions, always with respect, sensitivity, and a focus on lasting, positive change.
Whether you're a parent seeking support, a teen navigating tough transitions, or an individual working toward meaningful goals, I'm here to help you thrive.
